Lemaire Channel is a strait off Antarctica, between Kiev Peninsula in the mainland and Booth Island. Steep cliffs hem in the iceberg-filled strait, which is 11 km long and narrows to just 1600 meters wide. Protected waters here are often as still as a lake (a rarity in the storm-wracked Southern Ocean). There still some time to jump on board of Wild Photo Travel November 2015 South Georgia Expedition Please contact me via email photo@mikereyfman.com for more info or click on link above and use built-in feature to get funny translation)
