One of many lava precipices that intersect this drainage, I find this falls to be extra sublime, especially last autumn in the prime of fall color. That sweet spot where the only leaves left on the trees are those that have color and the earth reeks of the perfume of fresh decay... It always sees me wandering the woods and the creeks.
